Plane Quiver Features

Plane Quiver has been designed to protect and transport two 3 meter sailplanes and two 60" sailplanes safely to your local flying site. These bags have been designed to be flexible, functional and durable while providing the most protection for those valuable sailplanes. Plane Quiver is a full 80" long which better distributes the wings to reduce overlap and possible damage. Built-in Fuse socks have been placed inside the quiver to transport and secure 4 fuselages in addition to the wings.

Overview:

Durable Construction: Plane quiver is one of the strongest bags on the market with lots of added reinforcement to extend the life of the bag while providing maximum protection for the planes. Double stitched and reinforced liners throughout especially in the high stress areas of the bag like the handles and the storage hook.

This bag has been carefully engineered to be durable, strong and flexible. The workmanship on these bags are unmatched by any other bag available today.

Built in Fuse Socks: Two Unique Fuse Socks are placed on the inside of the quiver. This will enable you to transport two 3 meter fuselages and two 60" fuselages safely in one bag. A special bungee fastener has been sewn into the sock to keep the fuses secure during transport.

These Fuse Socks will accommodate both V-Tail and X-Tail planes.

Outside Material: High quality 600 Denier Polyester with interwoven PVC laminate fabric will not fade and is totally waterproof and easy to clean. Polyester has proven to be more UV and fade resistant than nylon. Polyester has PVC laminated into the cloth unlike coated nylon which have polyurethane coatings that peel off during use and washing. These bags are very durable and were designed to protect valuable wings during transportation to your flying site or storage.

Reinforced Tubing Handles and Straps:Two Ergonomically placed reinforced tubing handles have been added to make transporting planes easier and more comfortable. Plastic tubes have been added to provided additional comfort for those long walks to the flying site.

Durable strap has been added to the Plane Quiver and Wing Quivers so you can hang them during storage.

Inside Material: High quality 400 Denier Rip-Stop Nylon has been used for the inner material. This material is very durable but is soft so it will not scratch or damage the wings. We are also using this material for the Wing Quivers as well.

Utility Pockets: Plane quiver has two utility pockets for those extra things you want to transport to your flying spot.

Padding: Plane quiver is the first bag to use a poly-weave 400 micron U.V. stabilized bubble material dual-extruded onto a tear resistant woven polyethylene sheet. This combination of materials forms a strong and durable product that maintains its composure for easy loading of the wings. This additional barrier acts as an agent against weather and everyday use.

Each Plane Quiver bag has 4 layers of this bubble padding and each Wing Quiver has 4 layers.

Shoulder Strap: (Optional) Adjustable padded shoulder strap is also available (additional cost). This strap has been specially designed to distribute the weight from the bag evenly.

Specially placed D-Rings have been placed at an angle to help distribute the weight and also reduce stress on the bag and the planes.
